WHS Policy
To prevent occupational accidents and protect employees’ safety and health, our company has established “Safety and Health Work Rules” in accordance with Article 25 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. We implement various occupational safety and health prevention measures to build a high-quality workforce. We also continue to promote the 6S program to prevent occupational accidents and create a good working environment.
Implementation Guidelines
- Health protection: Exceed legal requirements by arranging a health checkup once every two years.
- Communication and participation: Hold regular meetings to ensure smooth communication between employees and supervisors.
- Training and awareness:
- Provide training before new employees begin work.
- Arrange for employees to attend occupational safety training programs (e.g., 6-hour safety training, Class C Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor, etc.).
- Provide relevant first-aid training every year.
- Protective measures: Provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure employees’ personal safety.
